PURPOSE: A rolling lathe for a dental unit is to reduce loading to the grinder, perform uniform grinding even to minute parts and prevent the work from getting stuck in engagement against overheating. CONSTITUTION: For grinding resin or metal filler for dentistry, the rolling lathe(1) has a revolving shaft(4) on one side and a rocking shaft(3) on the other side on a straight line arrangement to be linked with a coupling and a cross rocker, the rocking shaft having an eccentric collar for the grinder to make a minute eccentric revolution.
