PURPOSE: A three dimensional parking facility is provided to efficiently store by using a building space as a building structure does not hinder to the three dimensional parking facility. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional parking facility is composed of: elevating stands(3A,3B) established in each parking story of a building(1) for coming in, an elevating space(2B) for coming out, an elevator having the elevating stands, a traveling trolley(5) for traveling along a traveling space(4) formed in each parking story, a parking room(7A) of one vehicle formed at both sides of the traveling space for enabling to come in one vehicle having parking lathes(6A,6B), and a parking room(7B) of two vehicles as enabling to come in two vehicles. At the elevating stand(3), at the traveling trolley(5), and at the parking lathes of the parking rooms, conveyors(3F,5F,6F) for front wheels and conveyors(3R,5R,6R) for rear wheels are arranged to transport each vehicle. Therefore, the vehicles are guided and stored between the traveling trolley(5) and the parking rooms by the conveyors.
