PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to prevent a heat radiating pipe from being damaged as well as to prevent a quarto and a cabinet from being transformed. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for installing a heat radiating pipe, a convex part(51) of a cabinet(50) is elastically locked to a recessed part(63) if the ends of a quarto(60) and the cabinet are combined each other. A heat radiating pipe(80) is contacted to an extended part(62). An inner shelf(70) is assembled to accept the extended part and the heat radiating pipe to a storing unit(71). The heat radiating pipe is inserted between the extended part of the quarto and the storing unit of the inner shelf. Also, assembling holes(64,52) are formed on the extended part of the quarto and the cabinet. The cabinet or the quarto is not transformed even if they are tightened by a screw by assembling the extended part and the cabinet to be closely adhered.
