PURPOSE: A forming method of a base plate is provided not to incline the degree of a right angle of a base plate and a column as accurately fitting a central position of a column. CONSTITUTION: A forming method of a base plate contains the steps of: drilling material of a base plate by extruding a base screw hole(2) and a rainwater drainage hole(5) from an extruding former, extruding a hole(4) which extruded a reinforcing piece to form the reinforcing piece(3) protruded, and combining by inputting a column(6) into the reinforcing piece protruded. A metal base plate produced by a forming method of the base plate and a combined device of the column is provided to offer the accurate degree of a vertical right angle and the base plate. Herein, the reinforcing piece prevents an inclination of the column and decides a standing position accurately.
