PURPOSE: A disposable body fluids absorbent article formed wrinkles with a plurality of lines on the surface of a liquid-permeable sheet is provided which makes a subject to make the utmost use of the absorption volume of relevant articles. CONSTITUTION: A disposable body fluids absorbent article such as a sanitary napkin and a disposable diaper makes a subject to utilize the absorption volume of a core of the disposable body fluids absorbent article. Wrinkles(5) with a plurality of lines generally disposed in one direction are formed on the surface sheet(2) made of a non woven fabric of the disposable body fluids absorbent article(1). High density zones are on the top of and at a lower part of the wrinkles, low density zones are at a side wall part(9) provided between the top and the lower part of the wrinkles.
