PURPOSE: A headphone apparatus is provided which maintains a stable state by an ear supporting member and optimizes the feeling of wearing by having the ear supporting member made of an elastic material having flexibility. CONSTITUTION: A headphone apparatus(1) comprises: a first and a second head band member(3,4); a first fulcrum portion(7) making other end of the first and the second head band member rotate separately; a first and a second speaker supporting member(5,6) having a first and a second speaker portion(17,18) installed on one end; a second and a third fulcrum portion(26,27) supporting another end of the first and the second speaker supporting member to rotate towards the another end of the first and the second head band member; and an ear supporting portion(24) which is supported between the head and an auricle.
