PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is intended to remove the non-uniformity of color by overlapping a compensation signal to a primary color image signal. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display supplies a primary color image signal and a common voltage to liquid crystal panels(1R,1G,1B). A compensation signal removing the non-uniformity of color is overlapped to the primary color image signal. The liquid crystal display device includes the liquid crystal panel, a unit for supplying the primary color image signal, and a unit for supplying the common voltage.
