PURPOSE: A method for locking a suggestive program by a body sensor is provided to prevent children from watching the program for adults, by muting a picture/sound or by converting into other channel, by detecting a child-watching limiting code of a broadcasting signal. CONSTITUTION: A method for locking a suggestive program by a body sensor comprises the steps of: deciding whether a present program is a suggestive program, by detecting broadcasting program information on a state of releasing a child-lock function; deciding whether a sensing signal is generated in a sensor, sensing whether persons enter through an entrance where the sensor is equipped, after deciding the program is the suggestive program; muting the program or converting into other channel, after deciding the sensing signal is generated in the sensor.
