PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standing rider type motorcycle which is capable of traveling with a traveling feeling close to that of a bicycle, extensive in the space with a foot to step on in the longitudinal direction and compact in the width direction. SOLUTION: A knee 5a of a rider 5 standing on a foot board is approximately as high as an upper edge of wheels 2, 3, and the height of the foot board is shorter than the distance between axles 19, 20 and a road surface G. A power unit 24 is stored in the wheels. The whole motorcycle body except a steering handle 13 is narrower than a waist part of the rider 5.
