PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the partial abrasion of a seal member or a wear ring by correcting the deviation of centers between the inner and outer cylinders and an intermediate cylinder. SOLUTION: A swivel joint has a triple structure comprising an inner cylinder 11, an intermediate cylinder 12 and an outer cylinder 13, the intermediate cylinder 12 is mounted on an upper revolving body side of a wheel crane, and the inner cylinder 11 is mounted at a lower travel body side movably in the radial direction. Further a base stand part 11a of large diameter is provided on a lower end of the inner cylinder 11, and the outer cylinder 13 is placed and supported on this base stand part 11a for making the outer cylinder 13 movably in the radial direction, whereby the deviation of centers between the inner and outer cylinders 11, 13 and the intermediate cylinder 12 can be corrected. An engagement bracket 21 is mounted on an outer peripheral surface of the base stand part 11a, and the bracket 21 is engaged with a notch 22 formed on the outer cylinder 13 for transmitting the torque between the inner and outer cylinders 11, 13.
