PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a capsulated agrochemical formulation, capable of readily controlling a particle diameter without using an emulsifying agent. SOLUTION: A solution containing a self-water-dispersible resin, an agrochemical active ingredient and an organic solvent is dispersed into water. The particle diameter of a capsulated agent can be readily controlled by changing the amount of a neutralizing agent without using an emulsifying agent. The capsulated agrochemical preparation can be powdered. The obtained powder can be used as it is as the agrochemical formulation. Otherwise, the powder is redispersed into water before use and can be used as a water dispersion of a microcapsulated agrochemical formulation.
