PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform winding work of a wire rope to an installed hoisting drum on one side by arranging a speed reduction mechanism having a planetary gear between a sun gear and an internal gear, coaxially constituting a brake means and an encoder in the mechanism, and arranging a locking part of the wire rope on the brake side of the hoisting drum. SOLUTION: An electric motor part 10 is composed of a stator 13 and a rotor 11 for installing a rotor member on a rotor shaft 12 of the central part, one end part of the rotor shaft 12 is projected by penetrating through a support member 14, a brake means 81 and an encoder 82 are fitted, a sun gear 12a for rotating a speed reduction part is arranged on the other end side, and these respective parts are coaxially arranged. A planetary gear 22 is arranged between the sun gear 12a and an internal gear 21, and a locking part 16a of a wire rope is arranged on the brake side of a hoisting drum 16 to wind the wire rope for raisinge/lowering a hanging cargo.
