PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the working efficiency of a worker by comprising a body having a work bench provided on a base in such a manner as to be liftable and a working bench conveyor provided on the working bench and having a carrying surface substantially flush with the upper surface of the working bench, and a pallet truck connected to the body to carry a plurality of pallets in the stacked state. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a body 2 having a base having a traveling wheel, a working bench 20 provided on the base in such a manner as to be liftable, and a fixed working bench conveyor provided on the working bench 20 and having a carrying surface substantially flush with the upper surface of the working bench 20. The device is also provided with a pallet truck 40 connected to the base 10 to carry a plurality of pallets P-P in the stacked state. It is further provided with a drive conveyor connected to the working bench 20 and an attachable and detachable working bench conveyor removably mounted on the working bench 20 and having a carrying surface in a fixed height from the upper surface of the working bench 20.
