PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently discharge heating of a controller, and to prevent water leakage of the controller by boring a ventilating hole in a cover body, arranging a water receiving pan on the inside surface of the cover body, and draining water entering from the ventilating hole by avoiding the controller. SOLUTION: Ventilating openings are formed in a cover body 4 by cutting two oblong slits 7... each. A receiving pan 8 of the size for covering an area having the slits 7... is installed in a position capable of reliably receiving water entering from the slits 7... on the inside surface of the cover body 4. A rising wall is arranged in front and in rear of the receiving pan 8, and a part of the center and the left/right both ends is cut out in a left/right opened gutter shape. The upper edge of the rising wall is intermittently fixed to the inside surface of the cover body 4 to form air vents 10.... Thus, even if air in a space 2 is warmed by heating of a controller 11, the air is goned from the slits 7... by passing through opening parts 12, 12 and the air vents 10, so that hot air is not shut up in the space 2.
