PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently discharge powder and grain in a container at low cost without using a special trailer truck of a high lift type or the like and moreover without making a tractor stand by. SOLUTION: One end side of a post 11 operated by a drive source is fitted to the front part of a trailer chassis 4, and a grounding leg part 38 is rotatably fitted to the other end side of the post 11. The post 11 is of concentrically arranged structure of three large, medium and small cylinder bodies 12, 13, 14 of different sizes. A cylinder for telescopically operating the small cylinder body 14 and medium cylinder body 13 relatively is disposed inside the small cylinder body 14, and cylinders 17, 17 for telescopically operating the medium cylinder body 13 and large cylinder body 12 are disposed outside of the large cylinder body 12. The post 11 is telescopically adjusted by the extension/ contraction of the cylinders 17, 17, and in its turn the trailer chassis with a container placed thereon can be inclined at an optional angle.
