PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic laminate having surface hardness, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and reflection preventing properties and suitably used as the image display protecting film of an image display apparatus of every kind. SOLUTION: A plastic laminate is constituted by successively laminating a hard coat layer and a reflection preventing layer to at least the single surface of a plastic base material and the hard coat layer contains a resin obtained by polymerizing and/or reacting a compd. containing polyfunctional (meth) acrylate having two or more (meth)acryloyl groups in one molecule thereof, at least one kind of a compd. selected from a high mol.wt. monomer having a copolymerizable unsaturated double bond at its terminal and an acrylic polymer.
