PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch film for packing good in transparency and excellent in flexibility, deformation restoring properties, hand tearing properties, cutting properties and impact resistance. SOLUTION: In a stretch film for packing constituted of at least three layers, both surface layers are constituted of an ethylenic polymer (A) and at least one layer of an intermediate layer is costituted of a resin compsn. G containing a resin mixture (D) 85-20 pts.wt. containing a propylene polymer (B) 80-20 wt.%, a vinyl aromatic compd.-conjugated diene copolymer or a hydrogenated deriv. thereof (C) 20-80 wt.%, an ethylenic copolymer (E) 5-40 pts.wt. with an ethylene unit content of 90-60 wt.% and a petroleum resin (F) 10-40 pts.wt.
