PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve leakage of a liquid, a difficult assembling and swelling of the bulk of a unit by a method wherein a horizontally long temperature controller has a pump, which connects to a horizontal pair of manifolds connected to the left and right ends of the controller and the controller is equipped with end plates at the open horizontal ends of an outer tube and bar-like heaters in respective forward and backward passage conduits housed in the outer tube. SOLUTION: A horizontally long temperature controller 2 has forward passage conduits 6 and backward passage conduits 7, both the end parts of each of which are fixed by welding or the like to the edges of the front and rear openings bored on the end plates 4 provided by welding or the like at both the ends, which are open, of an outer tube 3 and the axis center line of each of which is horizontal. Respectively bent outlet and inlet passages are formed on a left side manifold 10, which is connected under the state that the leakage of a liquid through abutting surfaces is prevented by means of a gasket or the like to the left end plate 4. Outlet passages communicate through the forward passage conduits 6 with the inlet of a mold. Inlet passages communicate through the backward passage conduits 7 with the outlet of the mold. The right end parts of bar-like heaters 63 inserted in both the conduits 6 and 7 are fixed to the right manifold 61. Thus, complicated conduit connections are reduced, resulting in realizing a compact device, in which the leakage of a liquid is hard to develop and the assembling of which is easy.
