摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate an amount of an emulsifier required to obtain a stable emulsified state by a theoretical method by calculating the sum total of hydration energy contribution values which show the extents of contribution of organic molecules to be emulsified to hydration energy and controlling the amount of the emulsifier in accordance with the sun total. SOLUTION: Hydration energy contribution values assigned to all of specified atoms and/or atomic groups constituting the chemical structure of organic molecules to be emulsified are added up to obtain a 1st operation value. The ratio (B/A) of the molecular weight B of the organic molecules to a specified molecular weight A is calculated and multiplied by hydration energy contribution values assigned to the molecular weight A to obtain a 2nd operation value. The amount of an emulsifier required to emulsify the organic molecules is estimated on the basis of the sum total of the 1st and 2nd operation values. The objective aqueous emulsion is efficiently prepared the using the required amount of the emulsifier.
