PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling structure of a ball receiving tray for Pachinko machine, which can reduce the number of screws used for assembling the ball receiving tray and enables a cover member to be replaced easily and quickly. SOLUTION: This ball receiving tray is constituted of a patch plate 12, tray member 13, and a cover member 14. An attaching part 22 is equipped on the rear face of the cover member 14 and an attaching hole 26 in the patch plate 12 so that the ball receiving tray can be assembled by screwing a screw 27 through the attaching hole 26 of the patch plate 12 in a condition a tray member 13 is put in between the cover member 14 and the patch plate 12.
