PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide exercise equipment which a user gets on/off easily and stably without uneasiness. SOLUTION: A saddle bar 20 and a handle bar 30 are welded to a base 11 of a main body 10, a saddle 22 is attached to a saddle supporting shaft 21, which can be put in/out to the saddle bar 20, and a handle 32 is attached to a handle supporting shaft 31 which can be put in/out to the handle bar 30. Between the main body 10 and the handle bar 30, a space 40 for getting-on/off is provided and in this space 40, a step 41 is bridged between the saddle bar 20 and the handle bar 30.
