PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger on which trousers or the like can be easily hung without providing special additive members. SOLUTION: This hanger 10 is composed of a first lateral bar 13 and a rotary frame 14, and this rotary frame 14 comprises a pair of suspension arms 14a, 14b and a second lateral bar 14c rotatably provided on the first lateral bar 13. After trousers are set on the second lateral bar 14c, the rotary frame 14 is rotated around the first lateral bar 13. The trousers are thus overlapped in a fourfold way, and the doubly set trousers on the inside are pressed by the doubly set trousers on the outside, so the trousers are fixed without slipping by friction between trouser cloths. The trousers can thus be hung without taking care of weight balance at all, and the trousers can be hung even at end parts only.
