SOLUTION: This clutch operating apparatus of a rice transplanter has a clutch operating part connecting.cutting a clutch part and a driving part driving the clutch operating part, and the clutch operating part has a cam body connecting to the driving part and a clutch operating body interlocking with a rotational motion of the cam body and connecting.cutting the clutch part. Plural clutch operating arms rotating in interlocking with a rotational motion of the cam body are provided in the clutch operating body and rotating fulcrums of every clutch operating arms are located at a circumference of the cam body and about the same circle centering a rotational center the cam body.
