PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate problems causing trouble at the time of performing operations to supplement seedlings due to the case where simple type air conditioning equipment, together with auxiliary equipment, is installed on a step floor to be a suitable installation site when conventionally loading the simple type air conditioner onto a seedling transplanter. SOLUTION: This seedling transplanter provided with simple type air conditioning equipment is obtained by forming a step floor 7 communicating from reserve seedling frames 5 to a transplanting machine 6 in the lateral part or at the rear of a control seat 4 provided on a car body 3 equipped with mobile wheels 1a, 1b, 2a and 2b, installing a wind jetting port 9a for blowing air (hot or cold air) supplied from an air conditioner 8 toward an operator in the control seat 4 and installing the air conditioner 8 for supplying the adjusted air to the wind jetting port 9a at a position kept away from the step floor 7.
