PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the temporary excessiveness of a steering force at the steering time in the same direction anew after stopping the steering of a handle. SOLUTION: An electro-magnetic open/close selector valve 21 is provided on a connection pipe road 41 for connecting a pair of supply/discharge pipe roads 27a, 27b in which the operation oil is supplied/discharge to/from the power cylinder 16 from an operation oil supply/discharge control valve 20. The electro-magnetic open/close selector valve 21 is made in an open state for a prescribed time from a close state by the micro-computer of a control unit 43 at the stopping time of the steering of a handle 17. The electro-magnetic open/close selector valve 21 is kept in the close state by the micro-computer when a tyre angle θT is a standard tyre angle or more when the handle 17 is steered in the maximum turn angle side and stopped. Further, the time when the electro-magnetic open/close selector valve 21 is opened is restricted by the micro-computer when the car speed (v) is the standard car speed or more.
