PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant forming sheet of complex layers and a heat-resistant container formed with the heat-resistant forming sheet in which a microwave can be partially shielded or which is suitable for a partial weakening of its through-pass portion. SOLUTION: A heat-resistant container made of synthetic resin of complex layer is made such that a heat-resistance forming complex layer sheet capable of shielding off a microwave of a microwave oven and the like or forming an interface layer 20 for weakening its through-pass state between the complex layers is applied at a specified position becoming at least a peripheral wall 11 of the storing section of the container 10 after forming operation so as to form the container.
