<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of highly precisely producing an assembly shaft by an actual machine and reducing the cost thereof by establishing the operation condition of the actual machine suitably and quickly conforming to the change in the production condition based on various factors caused in producing the assembly shaft by a partial hydrostatic expansion method. SOLUTION: A production of an assembly shaft by a partial hydrostatic expansion method consists of a step where an operation condition is obtained by inputting a characteristic value of a hollow shaft and a fixing member therein, a step where a test product is produced by a test operation machine based on the operation condition obtained in the above step, a step to discriminate its characteristic by testing the test product and a step to decide the operation condition of a production operation machine based on the discrimination result.</p> |
