<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process a molded product which is colored and designed with a waste foamed resin molded product or colored crushed pieces. SOLUTION: A release agent/surface reinforced resin layer is applied to the inside of the mold of a press molding machine by the gel coating of a blended crushed pieces prepared by compounding a compounding material 4 with crushed pieces 3 of a waste foamed resin molded product in a constant ratio. Thereafter, aggregate is sealed in the mold to be laminated to the gel coat layer in thickness about 5 times mold thickness and the whole layer in the mold is compressed and cured at the normal temp. under press pressure of about 15 t per one square to form a foamed resin molded plate.</p> |
