PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working liquid supply device easy to clean and excellent in injection performance. SOLUTION: A working liquid supply device 42 is furnished with a flat plate shape partition plate 48 free to connect to and disconnect from an outside cylinder 46 by dividing the inside of the hollow rod type outside cylinder 46 along the longitudinal direction and partitioning it into two channels of a supply channel 64 of working liquid 52 and a rectifying channel 68 of the working liquid 52 and is devised to eject the aforementioned working liquid 52 supplied from an inflow port from a nozzle 44 through an outflow port 62 formed on the partition plate 48 and the rectifying channel 68 from the supply channel 64, and consequently, it is possible to uniformly and stably inject the working liquid to a wire row and to easily clean sediment such as abrasive grains contained in the working liquid 52 deposited inside of the working liquid supply device 42.
