PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the repair of a punch and the like by pulling out a guide post, in which sliding surfaces of a passive cam which is formed so as to fit to a guide base in an out-fit shape from the upper part and the guide base are formed into vertical surfaces and the passive cam is mounted on the guide base, to the anti-work side and making the device disassemblable by upward lifting it. SOLUTION: At the time of repairing a punching punch 5, a stop plate 42 is removed by losening a bolt 43, the bolt is screwed into a tapped hole 44 which is provided on the tip surface 41 of the guide post 8 and the guide post 8 is pulled out by backward moving it. Because the thin diameter part 37 of the guid post 8 is simply fit along a thin diameter hole 38, the guide post is easily pulled out. When the passive cam 6 is upward lifted, the passive cam 6 is guided by the vertical sliding surface of the guide base 7 and easily upward movable. Thus, the disassembly of the passive cam 6 and the disassembly of the punching punch 5 and the like from the passive cam 6 are facilitated and the efficiency of the repairing work is improved.
