PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing aging that can improve wrinkles or the like without anxiety. SOLUTION: The seeds of plants in Punicaceae are extracted with polyhydric alcohol and the extract is concentrated, when necessary. The resultant aging inhibitor is admixed to cosmetics.
