PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the mounting of an inner case into a refuse container and the mounting and removal of a refuse bag to and from the case by forming both side surface parts and the part between the side surface parts of the case by use of a plurality of bars connected except the front upper edge, and inclining the upper edge to the front. SOLUTION: An inner case body 1 comprises a horizontal trapezoidal frame body 11 consisting of a metal wire and a lattice mesh plate 13 formed by adhering metal wires 12 horizontally in four and vertically in six at right angles, which are bisymmetrically juxtaposed on the frame body 11 and connected thereto by four metal wires in total, to its bottom surface by two and to the front and rear surfaces by one each, respectively. The upper edge of the inner case body 1 is inclined down to the front. A mouth frame 2 consisting of a metallic strip body comprises five reverse L-shaped claw pieces 21 in side view protruded from the upper surface of the mouth frame 2 toward the inner part. The mouth frame 2 is fitted onto the opening part of the inner case body 1, so that the edge of a refuse bag folded from the opening part of the inner case body 1 to the outside is nipped between the mouth frame 2 fitted onto the opening part and the claw pieces 21 in use.
