PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide packing equipment with superior cushioning characteristics eliminating a recess in a center part by improving inexpensively the structural strength of a ceiling. SOLUTION: This packing equipment comprises a bottom panel 1 formed in a box shape with its top face open, a bottom cushioning body 2 internally positioned at the right and left of the bottom panel 1, an outside machine main body 3 placed on the bottom cushioning body 2, a top panel 4 made of corrugated cardboard, etc., positioned on the outside machine main body 3, and a band or a rope shape winding member 5 to be wound around the outside of the bottom panel 1 and the top panel 4 holding the outside machine main body 3. In this case, the top panel 4 comprises a sheet material rectangular flat panel part 4a, a long flap 4b, a top enforcement flap 4c having roughly the same width as that of the flat panel part 4a, a short flap 4d, and a catching flap 4e, and is formed in a box shape with the bottom face open.
