PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take out an object in an assembly box when the box is opened and reduce the manufacturing cost of the assembly box. SOLUTION: There are provided a square bottom wall 1, side walls 2-5, and side corner pieces 6-9 which are provided at the corners of the walls 2-5 respectively so as to be inwardly folded along fold lines 6a-9a and located in non-adhered state inside the walls 2, 3. Extending parts 6d-9d are connected to the pieces 6-9 respectively, and a front and rear cover walls 20, 21 are folded from the upper edges of the walls 2, 3 to connect the parts 6d-9d to the left and right edges of the walls 20, 21 respectively, and the parts 6d-9d are folded from the left and right edges so as to be located inside the walls 20, 21 in a non-wadhered state along the walls 20, 21, and connection parts 6e-9e between the parts 6d-9d and the pieces 6-9 are folded along fold lines between the walls 2, 3 and the walls 20, 21.
