PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jack device that can be actuated easily and positively while being extremely safe without trouble of attachment to and detachment from a support frame of an automobile. SOLUTION: Support pipes 6 supporting each actuating shaft 7 rotatably are fitted into two grooves 4 provided at the center part of both side parts of a body frame of an automobile. Each actuating shaft 7 is provided with two threaded parts 8, 9 threaded in opposite directions to each other, and cross rods 11 with nuts 10, 10 moving in a mutually approaching direction and a separating direction along two threaded parts 8, 9 of each actuating shaft 7 are derrickingly disposed in the grooves 4. A movable carriage 12 supporting the ground is elevatingly fitted to the cross rods 11, and the actuating shaft 7 is connected to an output shaft of an electric motor 13 that can be supplied with power from an automobile battery and actuated by a switch 14 disposed inside the automobile.
