PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wear and looseness between a connector and a wiper blade even in case of using the connector made of synthetic resin to connect a wiper arm, thereby preventing the generation of sound caused by the looseness during the wiping action of a wiper. SOLUTION: A wiper blade connecting device has aconnecting member 40 to which a hook part of a wiper arm is connected, a connecting part 32 to which the connecting member 40 is connected, and a holder part 31 (31a, 31b, 31c) to which a wiper blade is supported. The holder part 31 (31a, 31b, 31c) is made of metal. The wiper blade is supported by the holder part so as to be rotatable by the specified quantity, and the connecting member 40 is connected out of rotation, by the connecting part 32 provided integrally with the holder part. The connecting member 40 and the connecting part are therefore out of rotation, so that there is no wear caused by rotation between both members, nor is there looseness caused by wear. In addition, the wiper blade is supported rotatably by the specified quantity by the metallic holder part, so as to be able to follow the shape and curved degree of a glass surface without being execssively rotated in relation to the wiper arm.
