PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide molding fitting structure to a panel groove part improving appearance and formative freedom and following three-dimensional shape without being influenced by the dispersion of vehicle body accuracy. SOLUTION: A clip 9 is formed of a pin engaging part 11 engaged with a stud pin 6, and molding engaging parts engaged with both ends of a molding 10. An engaging hole 13 with its size D1 in the cross direction of at least a groove part 3 being larger than the diameter of a shank 7 and smaller than the diameter of a head 8 and with its depth D2 being slightly smaller than the length of the shank 7 is formed in the pin engaging part 11, and lips 24 abutting on the side face of the groove part 3 with uniform reaction are respectively formed at both cross direction ends of the molding 10.
