PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items of an interior trimming plate installing device, and to easily remove the interior trimming plate installing device by forming a pair of grooves opened and opposed in the juxtaposing direction on the respective ends of adjacent interior trimming plates, inserting a bar-shaped seal member into these grooves, and swinging the interior trimming plates with the seal member as the center. SOLUTION: In adjacent interior trimming plates 2, the opposed respective ends are respectively bent toward the outside to form bending parts 2a. The bending parts 2a are formed in a circular arc shape to form grooves 6. The grooves 6 of the adjacent trimming plates 2 are opened in the juxtaposing direction of the trimming plates 2, and are formed so that mutual openings are opposed. A seal member 8 is inserted between the grooves 6 of the adjacent trimming plates 2 so that the seal member 8 is sandwiched by the adjacent trimming plates 2. When the seal member 8 is sandwiched between the grooves 6, the seal member 8 is elastically deformed, and the seal member 8 is formed so as to be pressed to a wall of the grooves 6.
