PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a flywheel to miniaturize a crown part. SOLUTION: A turning arm 63 is fixed to an output shaft 621 of a reduction gear 62, and turned therearound. An oscillating body 6 is supported in an oscillating manner around a shaft member 611, and a long hole 65 whose upper half is straight and whose lower half is curved in an arc-like manner is formed in its plate. A pin body 64 provided on a forward end of the turning arm 63 is inserted in the long hole 65 in a relatively movable manner, and the oscillating body 6 is oscillated as the turning arm 63 is turned. An upper end of a link arm 5 is coupled with a projecting part 66 of the oscillating body 6, and its lower end is coupled with a slide block 46. The slide block 46 is connected to a slide 1 through knuckle links 43, 44.
