PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide apparatus which can operate a light rolling reduction casting method and a rolling reduction casting method after bulging according to the kind of steel with one continuous casting equipment. SOLUTION: A roll housing 21 for holding the rolls, is arranged at the front stage of a pinch roll device P. In this roll housing, elevating/lowering and fixing devices 24, 24-1 for elevating/lowering by supporting a lower large diameter roll device R-1 or a lower small diameter roll device r-3 from the lower part and a rolling reduction devices 23, 23-1 for executing the rolling reduction by supporting the upper large diameter device R-1 or the upper small diameter roll device r-3 from the upper part, are arranged. Further, an exchanging device 14 laying two roll devices on the side position of the roll housing and shifting to the roll housing position and an inserting device 15 for inserting/removing the large diameter roll device or the small diameter roll device into/from the roll housing, are provided in the continuous casting equipment in which the roll device is replaceable.
