PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform excellent machining by suppressing the downward displacement amount of a guide member to guide a tool prior to processing. SOLUTION: In this machining device, a moving part 30 is structured movably back and forth to a machining device body 20 holding tools 21, 22, guide bushes 31, 32 for guiding the tools are provided in this moving part 30, and a longitudinal guide rail 26 is provided on the processing device body 20 side. Sliders 36A, 36B slidably guided by the guide rail 26 are provided on the moving body 30 side, in order to fix the overhang quantity of the guide bushes 31, 32. A coil spring 38 is also provided between moving body part in the rear of a left right linking member 33 located at the forefront of the moving part and the processing device body 20, in order to energize the moving body 30 forward.
