PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store individual data without an individual identifying means in each inner part by sharing an individual identifying result inside a system, which is obtained by means of the individual identifying means, and recording biological information which is measured by means of the whole biological information collecting means in the system. SOLUTION: When a user enters a toilet booth, for example, the individual identifying means 12 specifies the user and transfers it from a communication means 11 to the communication means 5, 8 and 15. The individual identifying result is shared with the other equipments of the booth. Biological information measuring means 2, 7 and 10 are arranged to measure biological information of each user. Measurement information of the means 7 and 10 is transmitted to the communication means 8, 11 and 5, related to the user and recorded in a biological information recording means 4 inside the toilet. Measurement data of the biological information measuring means 2 and an output environment measuring means 3 are recorded in the same way. Thus, information is stored as individual data without arranging each individual identifying means.
