PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with high dimensional accuracy of a fixed part between a gas spring and a support member. SOLUTION: This operating mechanism comprises a gas spring support part 46 which is a support part of a support member to which the tip of a leg 45 incorporating a gas spring is fixed and an operating arm 50 for pressing an adjust pin 47 of the gas spring projected from the gas spring support part 46. In this case, a pushing projection 57 is provided on a part of the operating arm 50 that presses the adjust pin 47.
