PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive airtight cosmetic case with which a storage part for cosmetic is widely exposed, operability at the time of handling is improved and further, improvement in productivity is attained. SOLUTION: An outer lid 30 is pivotally fitted so as to be freely opened/ closed through a hinge 3 to the rear end part of a main body 10 of case, with which a storage part 12 is formed, a hook means 5 for keeping the closed state of outer lid 30 and main body 10 of case is provided at the front end part and further, an opening part is formed on one side wall formed from the main body 10 of the case and outer lid 30. Concerning the storage part 12, an airtight refill case 50 pivotally fitting an inner lid 70 for tightly closing a storage part 52 so as to freely open/close it and keeping the airtight state of that storage part through a hinge 64 is stored in a case body 50a having the storage part 52 for cosmetic so that the hinge 64 can located at the opening part.
