PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve display effects on customers by removing entrails of the fishes and shellfishes and slimes, etc., thereof and then drying the fishes and shellfishes sanitarily to appearance in the sun in an early stage as much as possible when preparing dried materials of the fishes and shellfishes. SOLUTION: This rotating apparatus for drying fishes is obtained by fixing a plurality of supporting rods 3 onto the outer peripheral part of a rotating disk 2 and respectively installing supporting parts for skewer bars 5 in multi- stages in the supporting rods 3 so as to cross-over the plurality of skewer bars 5 between the adjacent supporting rods 3.
