This invention relates to an improvement in an incinerator for burning general waste having a low water content and garbage and sludge having a high water content discharged or disposed of from a factory, a restaurant and a convenience store. This invention is directed to a vibrator-carrying incinerator characterized in that it is provided with an ash receiver-carrying ash receiving chamber under a combustion chamber having a mounting plate joined to a vibrator, and a suction-discharge port in a rear wall thereof; and a burner-carrying burner chamber, a blower chamber provided with a blower having a blast pipe and a branch pipe, and a chimney-carrying chimney chamber all of which are provided behind the combustion chamber, the blast pipe of the blower being inserted into the chimney, a free end of the branch pipe being put close to the burner. This invention is also directed to a drying chamber-carrying incinerator comprising an ash receiving chamber, a combustion chamber, and a drying chamber, characterized in that a through bore and a partition having a garbage-holding recess are provided between the combustion chamber and drying chamber; and a drying chamber-carrying incinerator comprising a combustion furnace and a cyclone, characterized in that a combustion chamber and a drying chamber are provided in the combustion furnace, a through bore and a partition having a garbage-holding recess being provided between the combustion chamber and drying chamber.
