WORK DISTRIBUTION SIMULATION METHOD FOR PRODUCTION LINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work distribution simulation method for a production line to distribute respective dottings to an existing weld robot arranged at a production line by a method wherein the characteristics of an individual dotting processed by a spot weld gun are brought into a numerical value. SOLUTION: A production line 10 to manufacture the car body frame 11 of an automobile is provided with a plurality of working stations 13a-13e. A plurality of weld robots 14 each provided with a spot weld gun are arranged at the respective working stations 13a and 13e. A plurality of dottings set on the car body frame 11 are distributed to the respective weld robots 14, i.e., the spot weld gun by a work distribution simulation method. For example, even when a kind of a machine to be produced is changed, the existing production line 10 is effectively utilized.
