PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maneuvering stability and vibration riding comfortableness, and to reduce rolling resistance by bringing a gauge specific rubber sheet composed of a short fiber reinforced rubber composition into contact with the upper end of a bead filler, setting the orientation direction of short fiber to a specific range, and inserting this rubber sheet into a tire side part. SOLUTION: Blending quantity of polyamide is 5 to 30 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the total quantity of first diene elastomer and second elastomer, and in short fiber of the polyamide, an average diameter D is 0.05 to 1.0μm, and the ratio L/D to the average length L is 10 to 2000. A rubber sheet 8 composed of a short fiber reinforced rubber composition is set in a range of a gauge of 0.5 to 2.0 mm, and the orientation direction of the short fiber in the rubber sheet 8 is set to a range of 0±45 degrees in the tire circumferential direction. This rubber sheet 8 is brought into contact with an upper end part of a bead filler 7 to extend between the bead filler 7 and the folding-back side of a carcass layer 2 to be inserted into a tire side part area.
