PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yarn guide ring capable of simply forming and equipped with a slip-off stopping structure not disarranging wound shape of binding yarn. SOLUTION: Fine and uneven shape is formed on the upper surface of attaching leg part 11 of a yarn guide ring and the attaching leg part 11 is bound to a fishing rod A by using a binding yarn 23 made of nylon and having 0.1-0.9 mm diameter. A liquid reaction-curable resin adhesive 29 in sufficient amount is applied to the surface of the wound binding yarn 23 so that the adhesive 29 is permeated to the recessed part 15 of uneven shape of the attaching leg part 11.
