PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the service range of a mirror body. SOLUTION: A mirror body 2 is fitted to the other end of a stay 1 through clutch mechanism so as to be rotatable around the center axis O-O of the other end of the stay 1. As a result, the mirror body can be rotated to the stay 1 around the center axis O-O of the other end of the stay 1 through the clutch mechanism, and a service range is enlarged by that portion.
